Accessibility statement

We want this website to be clear, usable and welcoming, regardless of technology, ability or circumstance.

Last updated: 3 September 2026

Our commitment

Tassie & Son Ltd aims for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We consider accessibility in the structure, language, colour contrast and interaction design of the site and will continue to improve it as content changes.

What you should be able to do

  • Navigate the site using a keyboard.
  • Zoom and resize text without losing essential content.
  • Use headings, landmarks and descriptive links to understand the page.
  • Understand project images through meaningful alternative text.
  • Reduce non-essential motion through your device preferences.
  • Contact us by telephone or email without completing an online form.

Known limitations

The optional Facebook timeline is third-party content supplied by Meta. Once loaded, its accessibility is outside our direct control and it may not provide the same experience as the rest of this website. A direct link to our Facebook page is provided as an alternative. Some older project photography may not contain every visual detail needed by all users, so our team can explain a project or service by telephone or email.

Feedback and assistance

If you find an accessibility problem, need information in another format or would like help using the site, call 01603 986440 or email office@tassieandsonltd.co.uk. Please tell us which page or content caused difficulty and the format you need. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Reviewing this statement

We review this statement when we make significant changes to the website and periodically as accessibility guidance develops.
