Testing & compliance
Our Norwich-based NICEIC approved team inspects and tests commercial electrical installations against BS 7671. We agree access and isolations, record the inspection scope and limitations, explain findings and quote separately for agreed remedials. Domestic and landlord inspections are also available.
A complete service
Compliance should make decisions easier. Our reporting separates what is urgent from what can be planned, while digital certification creates a clear record for your property or portfolio.
What is included
Inspection and testing against BS 7671, the IET Wiring Regulations, with the agreed scope, limitations, test results and condition observations recorded for clear next steps.
Inspection, functional checks and duration testing scoped around the installed system, applicable BS 5266-1 guidance and BS EN 50172 requirements. Records identify findings and agreed follow-up work for the responsible person.
Risk-based in-service inspection and testing for workplace electrical equipment. Visual checks, electrical tests where appropriate and item records support a maintenance programme suited to the equipment and its use.
The same team can explain, quote and complete electrical remedials identified during testing, reducing hand-offs.
Testing can be planned across buildings or sites with Joblogic supporting scheduling, updates and document control.
We explain significant observations in plain language so property owners and responsible persons can make informed decisions.
How we work
You will know what is planned, who is attending and what has been completed. For managed sites, Joblogic keeps the operational record connected.
We review the property type, existing records, access and the testing or inspection required.
Testing is organised around occupants and operations, including any isolations that may be needed.
Qualified engineers complete the agreed inspection and testing using calibrated equipment and documented procedures.
You receive the relevant report or certificate, an explanation of findings and a route to complete necessary remedials.
Local coverage
Our team operates from Broadland Business Park and supports homes, businesses and managed properties across the region. Contact us to confirm attendance for your location and timescale.
